  • How long can my legal issue be enforced?
In accordance with California Law, in many cases, for ten years. However, it can be extended for several years before it expires. The length of time is significant because, under California Law interest accrues, in many cases, at the rate of 10 percent per year on the unsatisfied principal amount of a money judgment. This means that after the expiration, upon renewal, the judgment is effectively doubled, which is why it's best to pay it as quickly as possible. CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

I HAD NO IDEA!

I obtained the legal documents from EquiResolve to see what this was all about.  I was shocked that such a legal matter existed against me.  I knew I had some legal issues in the past, but I was unaware of the seriousness of this case.  I am in the process of building a new business and this is the last thing I need over my head that could cause me to lose everything.  The Attorney General’s office is no joke.  I know of friends who have had bad consequences for ignoring such legal matters.  I appreciate being notified so that I could take care of this issue before I stood to lose everything, even my personal freedom.
